It is great to see the Guru's back in action. This sampler is just a taste of their great music. And they have a new album out to boot! Great stuff.

This band's bio notes multiple influences, and I couldn't agree more. While their genre is clearly rock, there are bits of southern, 60s, British invasion, and so on. I'm not sure where Leilani would fit, but I totally agree with the other review that it's fantastic.
Maybe not everything for anyone, but something for everyone.

If you're into 60s psychedelic influenced, perfect power pop. This is just a free taste, but I guarantee you'll want more. Check out 'Mars Needs Guitars' or 'Blow Your Cool' to get that voodoo that you hoodoo so well.

This is my first experience with this band and I'm glad I got the opportunity to try them out. While not every song is too my liking, Track 1 Leliani, is seriously my new favorite song. I can see many, many miles of Monday's commute with Leliani on a constant loop.
